Technical and Organizational Measures
Our Information Security Management System (ISMS) that governs the SaaS People safety platform is based on ISO 27001:2022 and certified accordingly. All 93 ISO 27001 controls into the four themes: Organizational, People, Physical, and Technological are implemented. The ISMS applies to people, processes, technologies, and third-party service providers who support or manage services within the defined environment. Our ISMS is designed to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information through a comprehensive framework of security policies, risk management practices, monitoring controls, and continuous improvement activities aligned with ISO 27001 requirements. Our Privacy framework (PIMS) is based on the ISO27001 standard.
In scope of ISO27001:2022 are also controls for Cloud-specific information and Business Continuity Management.
Our service
Data is processed to create and visualize corporate information and corporate structure, to keep track of users’ location, provide support to users during emergencies, communicate with users, and other safety and security related functionality to fulfill the security service. Mobile applications for iOS and Android as well as a web portal are provided.
We use EcoDataCenter and itm8 data centers, both of which are ISO 27001 certified. Data and services are hosted in Sweden and are not subject to the US Cloud Act. All DevOps employees are in Sweden and the whole solution is developed in-house, furthermore no AI is used in the production platform.
